Ms Matovu is a social scientist with a Masters in Public Administration, specialized in Human Resource Management and Development. She has a bachelors degree in social sciences, a diploma in accounting and postgraduate training in M&E, project planning, inclusive development and disability. She is also a professional child counselor and trainer of trainers.
Ms Matovu has vast experience in program development and management, both in Uganda and overseas.
Katalemwa Cheshire Home (KCH) was founded in Uganda in 1970 and officially opened in 1971, with the aim of providing a family home environment to people who were incurably sick or with physical disabilities.
